Blue Mirage

Blue Mirage is a handmade ceramic vase built using extruded coils that were carefully wrapped around each other to form the structure. The texture is highly tactile, with each coil distinctly visible and adding to the piece’s unique character. It is finished with a heavy layer of Light Blue Shino glaze, which enhances the depth of the coils and creates a soft, dreamy color variation.

It is approximately 4.5” wide and 8” tall.

The Blue Mirage Vase grew out of my fascination for texture.
