Ceramic Art Therapy Part II

While crafting a pottery piece recently, I found myself overwhelmed by a few heart-rendering events of life. These distractions hindered my focus and stifled my creativity with the clay. In a moment of exasperation, I chose to abandon my initial project, which was proving unsuccessful, and started on a new creative journey. I salvaged the remnants of my previous work, assembling them into a fresh form. The aesthetic appeal of this new creation was irrelevant. It was a personal endeavor - a therapeutic exercise. This process enabled an emotional release, providing a tangible manifestation of my internal struggles. It brought me a sense of relief and satisfaction. I am genuinely happy with the final outcome.
