Meet my new vase!

I have always been captivated by the way things are constructed, and I love incorporating that into the essence of my work. This vase was meticulously hand-built using rectangular coils, then finished with a rich azure glaze. One of the aspects I find most compelling is the rugged texture created by the coils—it lends a sense of strength and raw beauty to the piece. There’s something truly striking about that interplay of roughness and refinement.
